    • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Refunds are applicable only on items with manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was delivered.

    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Personalized or special order items.
    • Damaged items caused by mishandling after purchase.

  3. Process for Refund/Exchange

    • Present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • For online orders, customers must contact our support team at alfurqanstore81@gmail.com to initiate the refund process. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

  4. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or in the form of store credit.
    • Cash refunds are only available for purchases made in-store and require approval.
